Today I want to share with you a fun at home workout to do with your kids.
All you need are a couple rolls of toilet paper:).
Squats w/toilet paper reaches-40 seconds
Plank w/one arm toilet paper reaches-40 seconds each arm
Perform 4-6 total sets.
