This is a common complaint I hear from most people on why they aren’t achieving their health and wellness goals.

Our 30 minute solution is the answer to that problem!

You are able to experience results in shorter workouts and seeing that fitness fits any life.

IS 30 MINUTES ENOUGH?

Many 60 minute workouts are hard to fit into your schedule and can leave you overworked and lacking results.  Our 30 Minute Solution focuses on movements that increase your metabolism, help prevent injury, and increase your energy for the day.  By adding the right intensity and rest, you are able to achieve more in 30 minutes than you would in 60.

STRONGER TOGETHER

Everything at Ultimate Performance Training is based off of our #1 Core Value “As iron sharpens iron so does one person sharpen another.”  To achieve your health and wellness goals, you need other people to encourage and support you through this process.  That’s why our training programs are semi-private.  Each training session allows up to 4 people per session.  You each have your own program that’s specific to your goals but you train together in a small group environment.  This allows you to work harder, stay consistent, and have greater accountability.

I have been working with Marc for almost two years. He has been extremely effective in reducing neurogenic pain in my hips and knees. In addition, he has worked on my balance and overall strength which was in serious need of attention. After many tried and failed programs either online or in a public gym or CG, I finally have a program I have stuck w consistantly for over a year. At the year mark, I even decided that I loved going to UPT so much, I upped my sessions from 2x to 3x a week. Now, I am sad if I miss a session. My pain is gone. I was a chronic pain patient for over 10 years with various issues causing said pain. Marc's knowledge of how muscles work and how to guide them back to their proper place is pretty cool. When he asks how your body is feeling, he expects you to tell him if something is off so he can help and prevent further injury. Plus... he tells corny dad jokes.
